Overview
Mr. Dahlgren joined D.B. Hartt in 2005 after more than five years experience in both the public and private sector. Mr. Dahlgren has experience in comprehensive and current planning, as well as Historic Preservation, environmental planning, neighborhood development and revitalization, and Geographic Information Services. As Town Planner for Smithfield, VA, he was responsible for reviewing development plans, providing staff support to the Board of Historic and Architectural Review and the Planning Commission, reviewing the zoning ordinance and comprehensive plan, and all GIS-related activities. Mr. Dahlgren is currently involved in comprehensive planning, zoning, and community development planning for clients including the cities of Youngstown and Norton.
