D.B. Hartt has developed and implemented a successful Multi-Phased Approach to revising development regulations. This versatile approach draws on the firms knowledge, practical experience, and creativity to prepare visionary yet realistically attainable regulations. This approach is applicable whether a community seeks a comprehensive review of its entire development regulations or an evaluation of only a portion. Through this process, the community is ensured that D.B. Hartt retains the role of providing effective consultation to meet the needs of the community rather than merely drafting model provisions that may not be applicable or desirable. Developing and updating zoning codes includes both text and map updates.
