D.B. Hartt has prepared numerous comprehensive, park and open space plans for a wide range of communities and organizations - often with the objective to preserve rural character. In addition to preparing the plans, we have prepared Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) NatureWorks grant applications and zoning regulations to protect natural resources. Furthermore, our firm has actively pursued opportunities to advocate the preservation of open space and natural resources.
